June is fucking packed. Tomorrow will see the latest release from kinda mathy Idaho noise-punk outfit, BLOOD CANNERY, seven brand new blazers on solid black shells, limited to 25. Monday, June 8th we’ve got the latest full-length from motherfucking GARBANZO!!! After multiple stellar EPs and a handful of dope ass compilation one offs this is the first full run from Garbanzo and it’s a goddamn doozy. 15 absolute killers, hook after hook wallowing in catchy as hell lo-fi fuzz, it’s really, really good, 25 on green & 25 on apricot shells. After that we’ll be dropping the debut EP from Baltimore industrial, elktro-trash duo, BICEP!!! Limited to 25 on black & set to blow your lats the fuck out. The latest and absolutely bangiest of all bangers that ever existed is the latest EP from THE CARIES COMPANY & I’m stoked to announce that we’ll have 25 on solid black shells, due sometime mid June. It’s a split release with Fort Myers based XTRO, one of the best around, and it wails, ya’ll. Quirky, full of ridiculous riffs and undeniably fantastic, it’s set to flip your lid if you haven’t heard it already. Very shortly after that we’ll put out a concept album from the Cleveland/Salt Lake recording project da.daer. it’s seven tracks of inventive post-punk originally put together as a gift. That gift was the prelude to the end of a marriage. It’s heavy. Towards the end of June I’m hoping that we’ll be putting out 50 copies of the latest from Australia’s MIDGEE!!! It’ll drop on vinyl first but then we’ll have a run on cassette featuring at least one bonus track a couple weeks after. Maybe, just maybe we might also see a brand new banger from XRAY XEROX towards the end of the month, realistically it looks like sometime in July but one can hope, in the meantime you should probably grab that new 7” on GOODBYE BOOZY. Lots of other stuff in the works but it’s best to take it step by step at this point.

Tennessee Cold Cuts just put out the latest from Chattanooga emo-punks, WEATHERWISE, the 25 copies on transparent blue sold out immedietely but I’m pretty sure the band still has a couple, drop em a line. We’ll see what’s up next, got some stones in the air but nothing solid enough to speak about.

EYE KNOW recently put out the latest from Olympia, Washington based rapper WALTER & DREW THE ALCHEMIST, beat heavy, confident and full of swagger, it’s D.I.Y. rap at its best. PHLUSHD is cooking up something new, it’s cruising right along so I imagine we’ll have a run of esoteric North East rap dropping sometime in July. Still got copies of “Cult 45” if you need to get hip to it all.

The DISTRO page needs a serious re-work and truthfully I’m intimidated by the whole thing, I’m starting to pick up some vinyl, I’ve got copies of JAGUAR 777 that need to get posted and “Gull Songs” by EYE BALL that just got released on vinyl in Canada by A.N.D. Records, I’m gonna stock a few of them as well. Honestly, the entire website fucking stresses me out, I’m shit at it, not sure that it does much and I pay for it.
