KOS #100 is undeniably holding up the show, it’s my fault, I was treating it like I treat my birthday, “Nah, it’s fine. I’ll just work. No big deal.” but it is a big deal and I decided to throw together a mixtape. It’s a long list of familiar names, a handful of new names and all previously unreleased tracks. It’s a rager but of course I think it is. The tracks have been sent off for mastering, artwork is in the final stages, it’ll be out very, very soon. But, I’m impatient and I’m gonna jump the gun, out next is release #101 from the Cleveland/Salt Lake recording duo, da.daer! It’s a seven track post-punk emo leaning EP recorded as a gift, that gift led to divorce. This is the document, limited to 25 on blue glitter shells. Shortly after da.daer we’ve got the latest four track EP from Toronto’s best band, EYE BALL!! Lo-fi, fuzzy and super rad, we’ve only got 25 copies on solid yellow shells, grab one before they go! Theeennn… it’s the debut seven song demo from Cincinnati based art-punk janitors, MOP! Grimy, dirty, absurdly fun primitive garage punk. It’s a killer. The band is taking most of the run of 100, I’ll only have a few so be sure to snag one if you’re into it, cappuccino swirl shells. Second full-length from Xray Xeroxx is on it’s way, I’ve heard it, it’s fucking dope as hell. I can’t wait to drop it. Still needs some tweaks but it’ll be here soon. Also in the new future will be the latest full-length from MIDGEE!!! It’ll come out on vinyl in Australia first then shortly after on cassette in the U.S. such a dope album. Also up on the docket is the first full-length from lo-fi indie punk project, DIFFICULT, you’ll hear a track on the upcoming mixtape but it’s catchy as hell, fuzzed out Pavement shit. Jaguar 777 repress is in the works, just trying to time the release with something else we got going on. Oh! Public Error wanted an extra run of tapes for a string of shows so we’ve got 8 copies of a run of 34 on pink shells, grab ‘em while you can! B!CEP sold out of their everything at their first show, we’ve got a tiny run on black shells now available.

Tennessee Cold Cuts next release is coming via Nashville punkers, THE CATASTROPHES! Sure, it’s limited to three songs but it’s three well crafted tracks that just happen to be longer. Limited to 25 copies on green, an absolute burner of an EP. After that, I’m not really sure… I had been discussing a tape release with GROSS MOTOR but they’ve also committed to a vinyl release through BIG NECK so I’m not quite sure where we’re at. Regardless, grab that album when it drops, guaranteed to be smokin’.

Next on the EYE KNOW schedule is a brand new full-length from PHLUSHD, out later this summer, haven’t heard it yet but the last release, Cult 45, was a fucking sex jam burner. Still got a few copies.

This distro has some new stuff, most notably some limited XTRO releases, I also grabbed a few copies of Jaguar 777 on black and EYE BALL “Gull Songs” on black, I guess we carry a limited selection of vinyl now.
